第一次煮豬耳朵成功~🐷👂✌️ 這是我們第一次看到豬耳朵的原型,才知道原來上面有毛😂

感覺自己好像那些不知道食物是什麼動物的外國人,因為外國食材名字都看不出來是什麼動物🙉 例如 beef 牛肉、mutton 羊肉、pork 豬肉🐂🐏🐖

而且一公斤才十塊澳幣!直接買了一公斤!好驚人的數量,但既然要吃就吃到爽啊😹

其實沒有很難煮,滷包加進去大約三個多小時後就可以放進冰箱了。冷藏後的豬耳朵特別好吃~ 切薄薄的口感更加😍 下次要買豬腳、雞爪、豬尾巴等來滷😋

開始到了要每天吃膠原蛋白的年紀了😂😂😂

以一個對吃台菜沒有什麼慾望的台灣人來說,一年回台灣一次吃長輩煮的料理就很滿足了😋 無奈今年因為疫情的關係,年底回台應該是無望,所以只好自己來動手做滷味😆

Ps. 如往常,料理都是 York 處理,我在旁邊拍照而已😹

First time cooking pig ears, SUCCESS ✌️✌️✌️

York and I hardly cook Asian, just because we are so used to eating them at our parents house😋 Unfortunately due to covid 19, the chances of seeing them this year is slim, so gotta start cooking them ourselves 😆

Luckily pig ears wasn't as hard as we thought, just need to cook it for 3 hours then refrigerate it😍

I think I was more surprised to see it in its original form as I have only seem them sliced 🐖

Look forward to more collagen rich food such as chicken feet, pork hock, pork tail etc as we passing the age 30 mark 😂😂😂
